The restaurant dramatically improved its service and sales performance after engaging Space 95 to implement a point-of-sale system that could capture orders at the two kitchens on opposite sides of the restaurant, along with the bar, simultaneously through a WiFi-enabled tablet used by the servers. Instead of zig-zagging across the restaurant to submit the orders to each preparation zone as before, servers now simply tap the order into the system and move on to the next table.
